The International Culinary Walk of Fame will establish itself as a major attraction on the Florida - America's Culinary Paradise scene, and become a 'must see' tourist attraction. As time passes, it will also take on an historical aspect, immortalizing names on the 21st Century Culinary scene.

Members of the Academy include Culinarians from across the Globe. The members nominate and vote for Culinarians to win Culinary Academy Awards for:

•	CULINARY LIFE ACHIEVEMENT
•	CULINARY AUTHOR
•	CUISINE OF THE YEAR - awarded either to a County or a Culinarian
•	CELEBRITY CHEF

Culinarians chosen to appear on the International Culinary Walk of Fame may, or may not, come from the ranks of the above category Winners.
